By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Products and Orders
- All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability.
- Prices include VAT (21% Romanian TVA) for B2C customers.
- B2B customers see prices excluding VAT; appropriate VAT is added at checkout based on tax jurisdiction.
- Orders are accepted upon issuance of an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (via WooPayments), bank transfer (BACS). For B2B customers, additional methods may include invoice payment (net 30/45/60 days subject to approval) and purchase orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Romania and other EU countries. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)
For B2C customers, in accordance with Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. See our Refund Policy for full details.
This right does NOT apply to B2B customers.
7. Warranty & Liability
Products are sold with statutory warranty under Romanian Consumer Protection Code. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of BALZIK S.R.L. or licensed to us. No part may be reproduced without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR/Romanian data protection laws.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Romanian courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
