1. Right of Withdrawal (B2C — 14 days)
If you are a consumer (B2C buyer) in Romania or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
Legal basis: Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014, transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@balzikoilshop.com with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of withdrawal
- We will reimburse all payments received from you (including delivery costs at the standard rate) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, OR within 14 days of receiving the returned goods — whichever is later.
- We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- Goods made to consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, unsealed after delivery
- Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software, unsealed after delivery
- B2B purchases (no withdrawal right for businesses under Romanian commercial law)

6. Defective or wrong products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us at info@balzikoilshop.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) at no charge to you.
7. B2B Returns
B2B customers (registered businesses) do not benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right. Returns are accepted only for defective or non-conforming goods, subject to prior written approval. Contact info@balzikoilshop.com.
